Updated Speaker Information-2023 PFRA Convention

Because of health concerns, former Buffalo Bills quarterback Dan Darragh will be participating as a speaker at the Convention via video conference. Dan notified me of the health concerns earlier this week.

Sorry to learn he may have a health issue, but virtual talks usually work okay. He'll be an interesting part of the convention.
