There is a download icon on the top menu bar (downward pointing arrow). Click this and on the window that opens click "Select All" and then "Download".

It can a few minutes to create a PDF for you, but should provide a download link to the file.

The Jets have a "media guide" link under their "team" link on their header, but I can't get it to work. I guess they don't have their media guide up yet, but that is where it will be when they get it online.
