Jerry Burns Vikings, '86 thru '91, HOVG (or...PFHOF)?

Players who played in that era, or coaches as well. Burnsie, himself? Sarge?

Who would be your considerations who already aren't already in either the HOVG or HOF?

Offhand only one I can think of for the pro football hall of fame is Joey Browner if not for injuries Keith Millard

Anthony Carter is worthy of HOVG to me ... how many players his size played as well? He went over the middle as much as Randy Moss. Imagine if Marino or Fouts were his QB?

Not related to the Jerry Burns coaching years from 1986-91 but Bobby Bryant will be added to the Vikings Ring Of Honor. No disrespect to Scott Studwell or his fans, but how did he get honored before Bryant?

If I had to guess with studwell it was because he was a longtime employee

Sidebar discussion... Why was Burns passed over for the Les Steckel catastrophe in 1984? Was he offered the job and declined? Seems like he would have been a more logical choice.
