Videos like this have started randomly appearing on my youtube feed. News clips that I'm kind of surprised aren't lost to history. Someone decided to keep videos like this around for some reason for a long time before the internet made it viable to save stuff like this.
Anyways this news video was obviously made before Dallas drafted Walsh. I wonder if Pelluer wasn't disgruntled and he was at practice all this time with the team if Dallas never would have bothered picking up Walsh? Danny White was obviously on his last legs at this point and he probably knew that his days were done by this point in time. But Pelluer's attitude may have had some effect on Dallas deciding to pick up another rookie qb. I wonder if Pelluer is qb'ing the team in '89 if Dallas wins a few more games.
