Yes...LOTS of choices! Many if you're talking strictly SB-winners, but we're talking PARTICIPANTS so the list can be endless! It seems, historically, that most champions or those who play for the title don't need a 'premiere' WR corps.

going by participants since we don't know if Panthers will win or not

The San Diego based writer Jerry Magee loved to ridicule the Los Angeles Rams in his Pro Football Weekly column. I recall in 1979 Magee wrote of the Rams: "They have no wide receivers." The only part of the Rams Magee admired was the defensive line. He also observed that the 1978-79 Rams often failed to cover the spread even when they won.
