Was Pete Rozelle's signature on the AFL game ball for all 4 seasons (1966-69) or just a few

This webpage shows a 1966 AFL football with Al Davis's signature. Since 1966 was his only year as AFL Commissioner, his signature is a pretty good indication that the ball is indeed from 1966. I have no idea if 1967-68-69 balls were signed by Pete Rozelle.

IIRC, in the Super Bowls, each offense used the ball from their own league.
So the answer would be Herb Adderley in Super Bowl II.
