I don't think this ever gets off the ground. By 2020 the NFL will have gotten its act together and nobody is going to care about an out of touch 75 year old wrestling promoter trying to relaunch XFL 2.0
If it ever does make it to the field, the quality of play will be subpar, it will be largely ignored after week 1 by the sports media. They won't have the $ to sign away any quality players. And the NFL will use any means necessary to destroy it
