Ron Smith in 1979, 1980, 1981. It was for the Rams. Chargers, and Eagles.
Correct!
In the 1979 Ram-Cowboy playoff game, Ron Smith caught a long pass from Vince Ferragamo in the end zone with Cowboy defenders all over him right before halftime putting the Rams up 14-5. In Super Bowl XIV, Smith caught a TD pass from Lawrence McCutcheon in the third quarter for a 19-17 lead over the Steelers. In the 1980 Chargers-Bills playoff game, Smith caught the winning TD pass from Dan Fouts.

It doesn't look like he caught a TD in the Eagles only playoff game in '81.

One of my favorite trivia (although is easy) is: who was the first Tampa Bay Buccaneers' player to be chosen to the Pro Bowl (and surprisingly, it was not Lee Roy Selmon)?

Maybe not in 1881, but...
January 3, 1981: San Diego Chargers 20-14 v. Buffalo Bills
Chargers quarterback Dan Fouts threw the 50-yard winning touchdown pass to receiver Ron Smith to defeat the Bills, 20–14. This was San Diego's first postseason win since 1963 (in the AFL) and their first playoff win as an NFL team.

No, but in the original trivia it said that he catch a pass, not a touchdown pass.

The TD catch against Dallas in Roger Staubach's last game was one of the greatest Hail Mary/Big Ben TD passes in NFL history IMHO. If it had been at the end of the game, as Billy Waddy's catch and run was, it would've been better remembered and showed in many NFL Films highlight show. Ferragamo was hit very hard by Randy White just as he threw the ball, and it appeared that the pass would've been incomplete, but Smith made an adjustment around Aaron Kyle and Randy Hughes and somehow caught the ball, I remember the Rams celebrated it like it was at the end of the game.

Another trivia (hope I'm getting right):

Name the only time a team got two successful Hail Mary TD pass in consecutive games.

Hint 1: one was at the end of the first half, and the other at the end of the game

Hint 2: it was a different QB and WR in each game.

Oops! I misread the question.

The wording of the question implies that the team in question was on offense.
Nonetheless, I'll go out on a limb.

The 1999 Saints.
(NYG) Kent Graham to Joe Jurivicius at the half
(Cle) Tim Couch to Kevin Johnson to win the game.

Still no one gives a hint? Which team completed two Hail Mary TD passes in consecutive weeks?

Another hints: both opposing teams had a better record that season, and the QB in the second game made his first career start that day.
