Tut, tut....Trent Green would not have had a ring with the 1999 Rams since he was never on the active roster.
I'm not totally sure how it works in the NFL, but in MLB usually (if not always) any player who played for the World Series champion at any point in the regular season would get a ring. So-and-so may have only pitched in 2 games in May but he pitched 3 total innings and contributed something to the team. There have been a couple of occasions of a player appearing in the World Series against a team he played for earlier in the year. Lonnie Smith is one example. Whether his current team won the World Series or not, Smith was getting a World Series ring. There is a more recent example.
In MLB, players who have been with the team for the entire season vote on who gets a share of the World Series money, but I believe the GM of the winning team decides who gets a ring. I remember a pitcher who was awarded a ring in 2013 because he had appeared in one game with the Red Sox...and, in that one game, he walked the only batter he faced to force in the winning run in the bottom of the 9th!

The NFL gives the winning team 150 rings, to be distributed at will. (A team can give out more than 150, but has to pay for any additional rings.) As with MLB, I think the GM decides who gets a ring, undoubtedly in consultation with the coaching staff. Typically, players on the practice squad, those who spent the season on IR, and others who played less than a full season will receive rings. At least a couple of teams have even given rings to fans through some kind of raffle.

- This was a game between two division rivals.
- Each team top WR (one in the HOF, the other not, but has been a semifinalist in the past) were inactive.
- The home team QB completed less than 5 passes for less than 20 yards, yet he played the complete game and his team won.
- The home team rushed for less than a 3.5 yard average.
- Although the home team didn't have a great offensive game, they managed to score five TDs, but one of them was a defensive return and another one was by the special teams.
- The losing team managed to score 4 offensive touchdowns and also a safety.
(I won't list the field goals scored by each team)

Correct! In that season the Seahawks beat the Raides twice (and LB Shelton Robinson returned fumbles for TD in both games), but lost to them in the AFC Championship game.

-The visiting team won in OT, and the following season they won the Super Bowl.
-The backup QB of the winning team was named Offensive Player of the Week of his conference for that week, yet the following week was the 10th and last start of his NFL career (he still hanged in the NFL for two more seasons, he played on for 14 seasons).
-The home team also played in this game with two QB, and the backup retired the same year that the QB above mentioned, with only 13 career NFL starts (he was a year younger and he also played in the USFL).
-The visiting team QBs combined for more than 500 yards, with three WR topping 100 yards each.
-The top WR of the losing team in this game was a teammate in the USFL of one of the winning team WRs who gained more than 100 yards.

Based off the first two tidbits, it seems like you are describing the Redskins at Lions game of 1990.

(I actually don't love this thread but I look at it from time to time to pass some time.)

Correct! Jeff Rutledge and Bob Gagliano were the QBs, and the WRs (who were teammates in the USFL with the Houston Gamblers) were Richard Johnson and Ricky Sanders.

We haven't done one of these in awhile...

Only 2 clues for this one! (that being said I apologize if these clues might apply to some other game(s) that I’m not thinking of.)

- The previous season’s rushing leader played for the winning team and gained over 100 yards in this game.
- The eventual Super Bowl champion of this particular season lost the game and got shut out.
