I try to make it as reliable as humanly possible.
I recently noticed a very minor error in Pro Football Archives (a Packer game was listed as having been played in Green Bay when it was actually played in Milwaukee). I sent an email pointing out the error and within a few hours I received a thank-you email and the error had been corrected.

I no longer point out errors to Pro Football Reference because I have never received acknowledgment of any suggested correction and the errors have never been corrected.

A couple of other PFRA members have previously commented on the lack of response from PFR.

They do, but it is inconsistent and incomplete.

I have had three corrections within the past year through PFR and they have all been done.

I click on Questions or Comments? and submit my correction with my email address. The software assigns a case number and I get contacted within a day or so. They want supporting evidence, and I send them the URL or gamebook. They make the correction.

I gave up trying years ago, so maybe they've improved their system since then.
