It should be noted that Kramer was a Senior candidate in 1996 or 1997 and was actually rejected by the main body of voters. I can't imagine his 30 year old book had that much to do with it.

Thanks for the responses, guys! Yeah, it simply surprised me he taking as long amongst many others that did or still may be waiting.
