15 members nominated 5 individuals each.
What? Only 15 of us sent in nominations? :( C'mon we've got to do better than that.

In theory, I agree....
But choosing 20 from 75 was hard enough... if we got up to around 150 my head might explode...

To be honest, I thought between 150 and 200 would be nominated ...

I was thinking the same thing, but then I thought geez, that’s way too many names. I couldn’t imagine having to sift through maybe 250 entries if 50 members voted. One way to keep the total down would be to allow nominations to double up, but don’t reveal to the committee members how many times a particular nominee was nominated. For example, of my five nominations, two had been nominated already, so I was told I could pick two others who hadn’t been nominated. We’ll, they weren’t in my first five, so really I was just adding on.

Seeing Jim Mora nominated leaves me with a question. Players nominated were not be active beyond 1995. What is the cutoff date for coaches? Mora last coached in 2001.

Thanks - the 15 was the interesting part to me too especially if that's about the same number of folks who are voting.

Also kind of neat Dub Jones was on there as well. Anyone see this:

It's NFL Films account, so I think it's safe to post. I know we don't post pirated videos.

Sorry JuggernautJ ...

I could have sworn I read somewhere on this forum that Kenn and Faison already had enough votes for election but its premature and wrong to assume anything not officially announced and I dont want to cause a stir ... haha

Looks like I must have missed this year. I didn't recall that - I'll nominate next year.
