Opening week, 1976. Grant's Vikings winning at Stram's Saints. Galbreath would end up playing for Vikes, Chuck Foreman scored the two TDs, Kellar's 25 yds rushing and 22 receiving was his only statline of the season, the only 40-9 final score ever.

Grant was 3-0 vs Stram after SBIV. Vikings beat Chiefs in the ’70 opener and again, at KC, in the ’74 finale. The ’76 opener makes it three. By the time Grant’s Vikings played the Saints again two years later (also opening week), Dick Nolan was now head guy in NO (and Saints won).
