This newspaper article lists the 1961 All Rookie Team:

The article doesn't say whose "team" this is (i.e., AP, UPI, PFWA, etc.). Does anyone know? Did the NFL name its own All-Rookie team?
The Cowboys placed six rookies on the 24-man squad. Is that a record?
Is there an online source that lists the all-rookie teams by year?

Interesting career for one of the rookies on that team. DE Johnny Brewer apparently only played his rookie season at the position, moved to TE the next four seasons, then spent his last five years at LB. Had a football card of him during his TE days, so seeing him as an all-rookie DE was a surprise.
