Is this book worthy of reading?

I'm looking for thoughts on Larry Names book "The Shameful Years - The History of the Green Bay Packers". Since it's really the only book written about the 1950's Packers other than Cliff Christl's work I'm thinking of getting it. I'm aware he has drawn criticism from Cliff Christl on the accuracy of his books about the Lambeau years. Is this book worth buying?

It is if you're really interested in that era of Packers football. Some good stories and tidbits. But as you mention, Christl has repeatedly (and with amusing disgust) pointed out Names' shoddy research.
