Mike Reed, who played four games with the 1998 Eagles, died of cancer on Friday (1/31) at the age of 39. The article link here incorrectly says he spent 1998 with Buffalo:

Back in 1985 HBO and NFL Films did a documentary on the history of the NFL. I recall Art Donovan telling a funny story about facing the Chicago Bears. He said when the bus pulled up in front of Wrigley Field, Kreamcheck was standing outside warming his hands over a barrel fire with some "bums". He described Kreamcheck as having hair coming out of his ears and nose and that he looked like a "neanderthal."

Ted's Final Year in the NFL, he was with the Browns.
The Browns got him because he upset the 49ers by bringing a Lawyer/ Agent to his contract negotiations, so they traded him.
FYI
He died February 24, 2014 at age 82
"It was a different game when I played.
When a player made a good play, he didn't jump up and down.
Those kinds of plays were expected."
