That was my first guess as well, but Lowe fell a few yards short. This guess is on the right track to the actual answer.
As far as the answer goes, neither one had a 100 yard game in the regular season

In the regular season EVER? Or just that season?

So the answer is Dixon and Banazsak in the '67 title game vs. Houston. I should've known that. I remember watching the game (big Raiders fan, esp. Lamonica and Billy Cannon) on NBC (Curt Gowdy) but I often forget it aired right after the famous Ice Bowl (Ray Scott) on CBS. I looked up the temps----in Oakland it was 47 degrees at KO, which was 62 degrees warmer than at GB.

Name the postseason game...
- The winning team's starting QB made his first career postseason start.
- The losing team's starting QB was in his 15th NFL season.
- A future HOF running back ran for a total of negative yardage in this game.
- A safety was scored in this game.

I found a game that fulfills 3 of the 4 criteria....
