If you are a relatively new member (and I believe you are?), you haven't had much time to pick up on personalities within the association. I agree with Lee that joining committees, attending conventions and maybe corresponding with fellow members are good ways to get to know others. In WNY, we have been having chapter conferences for several years, and it has been a great way to get to know other members, many of whom come in from out of town. Not sure where you are from, but I strongly encourage members from common geographical regions to have occasional gatherings. I know the Detroit crew, led by the inimitable Randy Snow, just had a small get together and had a swell time. You could always take the lead and organize!
Just chiming in, there are two PRFA Facebook groups in addition to this forum.

This forum seems to get the most and more in-depth activity. But, to be honest, the use of pseudonyms on this forum makes it difficult to know who is actually posting here.

Regardless of the final tally, we can all agree that the PFRA has come a long way since its first few elections.

I won't name names, but we have some members who were there!
