This game saw a team set a franchise record for offensive yardage. They had a QB throw for 400+ yards, a RB rush for 100+ yards, and a WR catch passes for 200+ yards. All three of these players are better-known for playing on teams other than this franchise, and all three had won/would win titles with different franchises. Name the game, and the three players.

I think this is it.

December 13, 1958, Chicago Cardinals at Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers won 38-21. They had 683 total yards of offense.

The QB is Bobby Layne, who passed for 409 yards. He won NFL titles with the Lions.

The RB is Tank Younger, who rushed for 106 yards. He won an NFL title with the Rams.

The WR is Jimmy Orr, who caught six passes for 205 yards and three scores. Orr won an NFL title and a Super Bowl with the Baltimore Colts.

Correct! Don Hutson #14 scored the TDs. With passes from Arnie Herber #38 and Cecil Isbell #17.

- It was the last game in the NFL for the starting QB of the winning team, even that he threw for less than 50 passing yards. This QB was selected the Pro Bowl with another team from the same Division five years earlier.
- The winning team scored two TDs in the game, one offensive by a Hall of fame inductee, and the defensive one by a Hall of Very Good selection. Both TDs were in the first quarter of the game.
- There was no scoring in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of the game. The losing team scored until the 4th quarter.

1986, Week #7, 3-3 Lions at 4-2 Rams. Nolan Cromwell scored an 80-yard pick-six off Hipple and, later that 1st Q, Dickerson ran in a 1-yarder. Lions would score ten in the 4th making the final score, Rams 14-10. Steve Bartkowski was the Rams' QB playing his very last game. He only passed for 48 yards. He was a Pro Bowler for Atlanta in '81.
