Has the PFRA convention been delayed one year?

I haven't seen any announcement posted to the web site or here in the forums, and I haven't received any email communications about this, but I just happened to casually look in the PFRA Business portion of the web site, where I discovered meeting minutes that seem to indicate the convention has been delayed one year. Is this correct? It has been almost a week since that meeting took place.

We will be sending out a message to everyone soon. We still need to work out a few details.
