Correct. It always fascinated me that Eddie Bell wore #7. The game in question was by far his best career game. That fits it except according to the gamebook the punt return for a TD wasn't on the last play.
How close to the last play was the punt return TD? The NFL Films recap said it was the last play, but perhaps that was a creative liberty.
