If so O.J. might be one...
AFL days do count, and even though OJ took awhile to get going, his big 4th and 5th seasons made him one of the first four RBs with 5/5000.

So there is one RB remaining...and its not Billy Sims.
Oh wow. This was a surprise. I thought one would definitely NOT be OJ based on how sparingly he was used pre-Lou Saban. 2003 in 1973 put him over then.

I am full of surprises. And OJ Anderson is not one of the first four. I think the fourth guy will be another surprise to people.

I misread the question. I could have sworn it said 5,000 yards in a player’s first four seasons.
