Warren Wells, former wide receiver with the Detroit Lions and Oakland Raiders died on December 27, at the age of 76:

Frank LoVuolo, former offensive end with the New York Giants died on December 17, at the age of 94:

Art Holst, a former line judge who worked 16 seasons in the NFL from 1963-1978 died on January 19th. He was 96 years old and was the oldest living official. Holst wore uniform number 33 and officiated in Super Bowls VI and XII.

Dick Dolack, a field judge who worked 25 seasons from 1966-1990, died on December 29 at the age of 84. Dolack officiated in Super Bowl IX and in 5 Conference Championship games. He wore uniform number 31 for the majority of his career.
