1988 AP All-Pro Returner

I recently put together a list of the Associated Press first-team All-Pro returners: http://www.footballperspective.com/cord ... -returner/

I noticed that for whatever reason, in 1988, the AP did not name a returner. Or, rather, the records indicate that. My guess is that they did name a returner and that Tim Brown was the choice, but for some reason the records have been lost. Or maybe the AP really did decide to skip 1988 for some reason.

Does anyone know?

The newspaper press reports indicate no one was chosen. In 1987 there was a first and second team and they had first and second team returners. Nothing for 1988.
