I haven't investigated this much but did find in 1970 that the Boston Patriots won a game with just over 160 yards. I'm certain some team has won a game with fewer yards.

On November 6, 1966, the Eagles beat the cowboys 24-23 while gaining only 80 yards on offense (rush + pass). Philadelphia ran back three kick returns for touchdowns.

Especially considering the fact that the Texans won by 18. Definitely one of the weirdest games of all time.
