I got my copy of "NFL 100: A Century of Pro Football" yesterday but didn't get a chance to look it over in detail until tonight. It's arranged by decade. And PFRA is mentioned right in the very first decade, the 1920s. At page 30, a footnote credits David Neft for compiling and PFRA for organizing the stats for the statistical leaders of the decade.
