I agree that the Vikings blundered by not re-signing Kapp. I believe they would've won Super Bowl V with him. Instead, he misses all of camp and comes in out-of-shape with the Pats and gets brutalized playing behind an awful offensive line. I still say the '70 Pats are one of the all-time worst NFL ...

I always seem to be defending Cousins to my NFL buddies. The Vikes troubles lie mostly defensively and that's why his W-L percentage is mediocre. Plus, the OL has been a revolving door dating back to when Bradford was the QB. I don't think most folks understand just how great Adrian Peterson was!

Yeah, Classic Sports Network was awesome. My provider dropped ESPN Classic a couple years ago. It was basically replaying the same basketball and football games from college over and over and over.

Who ya got? It was the first time in 25 seasons a team leading by 10 plus points ran a play on final snap instead of taking a knee. At least that's how I understand it.

Since Unitas had such a bad final season, I decided to attempt to find out how he did in the pre-season. I found that he had a good game vs. the Rams and then finished out the pre-season with a 16-of-24 outing for 231 yards and 2 TDs in the final exhibition game vs Minnesota.
