Re: Another 'NFL Throwback' from YouTube - EVERY SUPER BOWL RANKED

You think the 2000 Ravens were a "terrible" team??? Please share your reasoning for that. Where would you rank the 2000 Ravens among the Super Bowl champion teams? I would rank them near the bottom, and would give them 'demerit points' for being annoying and classless. *They didn't win th...

Re: Another 'NFL Throwback' from YouTube - EVERY SUPER BOWL RANKED

I'm going to focus in on the worst SBs. #55 - XLVIII (2013) - Seahawks 43, Broncos 8 = not sure why this is last...no one expected the Seahawks to be so dominant on D. It was at least interesting to see them shut down Denver's offense. #54 - VIII (1973) - Dolphins 24, Vikings 7 #53 - XII (1977) - Co...

Re: Obscure trivia

The same team that led their league on points scored, yards gained, and turnovers lost. The only other offense (that I've found) to lead their league in all three categories (most points, most yards, most turnovers) is the 2001 St. Louis Rams. The 1979 Steelers led in all those categories as well.

Re: 1995 Patriots- What went wrong?

Drew Bledsoe led the league in pass attempts while having the worst passer efficiency rating of any starting QB.

Re: Toughest/Easiest schedules in football history

That Skins team went 14-2, with the losses by a combined five points. They had the top offense by points, and the second best defense by points. In addition to a stellar point differential of +261 in the regular season (the best that year by a margin of 107), they also had the best differentials of...

Gale Sayers. 1a) Jim Brown 1b) Joe Perry 3) Jim Taylor 4) Gale Sayers Correct! I was mildly surprised that no one else had done it before Sayers, considering the short length of Sayers' career and the long lengths of guys like JH Johnson and Ollie Matson. Perry's 100-yard games were somewhat sporad...
