Honestly, I feel one can make a strong case for Abe Woodson being in Canton.

Donald will be a first ballot guy if he does not play another down of football.

Did I only mention All-Decade re: Boselli? I believe I posted about his All-Pro selections, Pro Bowls, and him being the best tackle in the league for about three years. Obviously, you missed that.

How is Jim Ray Smith more worthy of being in Canton than Tony Boselli? Both made the same amount of Pro Bowls; Boselli was considered the best tackle in the league for about three years; he made first team All-Pro three times (I think all were consensus); and was All-Decade.

I asked what people thought about Covert and nobody responded.

What about Covert?

I agree on Sprinkle, Matt. He is not a HOFer, in my opinion.

How did you guys feel about Covert getting selected with only two Pro Bowls? I loved Jimbo at Pitt, and in the NFL as a player...BUT I don’t think is quite a HOFer.

Atwater, as you all know, made eight Pro Bowls and was an All-Decade member.

He was not the greatest in coverage, IMO, but I have no problem with him being in Canton.

I never agreed with Sam Mills and Bryant Young being finalists. They were great players, but I can think of better modern players as finalists....
